We are based in London, Ontario, Canada, and offer local pickup, nationwide shipping, and international delivery.
Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we offer an expedited delivery service with an estimated 1-business-day transit time after dispatch.
Delivery times for other destinations vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected service.

Shipping Rates

Canada & European Union: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available shipping services.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
For U.S. orders, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable customs duties, tariffs, and import-related charges are covered by us. Customers will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery.
All international shipments are declared accurately in accordance with applicable customs regulations. Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in London, Ontario. Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
